You can call me Olu. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and the Founder of Kosomonor. I offer a calm, compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families navigating life, relationships, and seasons of change. My approach is grounded and rooted in the belief that within each person is the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.
With a systemic, motivational and coaching approach, I seeks to understand each person within the context of their unique experiences, relationships, and environment. I bring support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate relational challenges, emotional wellness, life transitions, personal growth, and the complexities of everyday life.
Some of my pecks include creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences, help them recognize or highlight patterns and cycles, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and discover the strength within them. When desired, I guide through faith and spirituality while honoring each person’s individual values and beliefs. The most important thing is to help you see your uniqueness and meeting you where you are.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to help people feel seen, understood, supported, and empowered to better understand and embrace themselves. Through Kosomonor, I hold space for reflection, connection, healing, and meaningful growth.
