About Kosomonor

Kosomonor is a Christ-centered coaching collective dedicated to helping pastors, ministry leaders, and believers find renewal, purpose, and wholeness. Our mission is to pour into those who pour into others creating safe, Spirit-led spaces for reflection, restoration, and growth.

While many of our clients are ministry leaders, we also welcome certified Christian coaches who specialize in other areas such as wellness, relationships, leadership, or personal development, as long as their values align with our biblical foundation.

Role Overview

As a Kosomonor Coach, you will provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions grounded in biblical principles, prayer, and professional coaching frameworks. You will help clients find balance, clarity, and transformation in their spiritual, personal, or professional lives.

This is an independent contractor role with the flexibility to set your own schedule and session load.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized coaching sessions virtually or other approved platforms.
Maintain accurate session notes and client confidentiality.
Collaborate with Kosomonor leadership to align with ministry goals.
Participate in monthly team prayer and vision meetings.
Optionally lead group workshops, devotionals, or retreats.
Uphold Christian ethics and represent the Kosomonor mission in all interactions.

Qualifications

Certification or demonstrable experience in coaching, counseling, or mentoring.
Excellent listening, discernment, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to hold confidential, compassionate space for clients.
Ministry background preferred but not required.
Reliable internet access and ability to use virtual meeting tools.
